APDSA (Asia Pacific Dental Student Association) 2018

First of all, I would thank God for all the blessings happened in this year, to my parents and my brother who always got my back, my boyfriend who made me give the very best of me and always told me that everything is well, my roommate who listened to every story behind my research, my collage friends, etc.

It was in the last 2017 when I started my research with my team and the struggle is definitely real. We decided to join a research competition held by APDSA 2018 because why not., and I tell you guys it was my first time joining a research competition. As a team, we had a good teamwork besides made an abstract a day before the last submission was totally something.

A few months later I got an announcement that our abstract was accepted and we were invited to present our research in Malaysia. For some reason, my feelings were very in explicable. This was a reason behind every bad things happened in 2017. Before registering the competition, I applied for a scholarship and was refused, I really felt disappointed and failed at that time, but then I got another scholarship and it was far more than I expected. Moreover, because of this scholarship I can pay the registration to go to Malaysia. What a miracle. Alhamdulillah..

Nevertheless, my journey didn't just stop there. I still had to face some obstacles but then again, God showed the way until my friends and I arrived in Malaysia.

It should be a very long story to tell, but maybe on the next blog I will put every activities during the congress and competition in detail. See you on the next update! xoxo
